The excitement is building.... The dates and location are set for what promises to be one of the most exciting fundraisers in Texas Bighorn Society history. Topping the list of things to be looking forward to is the auction of the second TBS Texas Desert Bighorn Permit. This hunt will be for the next available permit on one of the State Wildlife Management Areas, home to the last two state record rams, and some of the largest desert bighorns taken anywhere in recent times! You can get a taste of what these areas are like by taking a look at the TBS web camera and stories about the 2005 Work Project and past years Photo Safaris. The last TBS permit sold for $102,000.00 and the atmosphere in the room was absolutely electric!
